Individual Program Design
Also known as remote coaching. Is for those who are self-motivated and are looking for an alternative to traditional in-person PT while still having a coach.
All programs are tailored to your needs and include a movement screen as well as testing depending on individual needs and goals. Workouts are delivered via CoachRX and can be completed at home or gym of your choice on your own time.
